Altoids Longwire Antenna Tuner
Altoids Longwire Tuner. Or, the ALT, designed by noted QRP designer Steve Weber, KD1JV is a simple, yet effective tuner that will tune long wires on 40 - 10 Meters. This kit is no longer in production and has been replaced by the SLT, which is the same tuner in a new package with improved switching (toggle switches replace the computer shorting bars). We are going to leave the manual on our site in case you wish to "roll your own".
